Sofa day - struck down by illness for probably the first time since i was about 12, am so not used to it. Silly body... Passing the time by raiding every post of every blog in existence (i'm talking wildfox's archives from 2008 here) and cracking out all my favourite Disney movies new and old (am a sucker for Enchanted). I think 3 million Facebook visitations and a continuous stream of Twitter should keep me feeling human.

In the mean time, i'll be fawning over this awesome tack-tastic Chanel bag. Am totally in love with all things 90s at the moment, cracked out my dungarees with a boob tube last week and am one step away from digging my Kangol flat cap out the fancy dress box.

I heart French Vogue

Ever since Emanuelle Alt took over at French Vogue, the whole thing just reeks of cool. Cooler than Carine even.

AW11 preview shoots are all epic - and these above are only the Freja ones, am actually going to have to blog the whole lot (and that's about 50) because the whole lot just make me ache. Totally and utterly wicked.

One of those days where i just found chocolate on my clean shirt and it nearly sent me over the edge... need bed.

Tunes for a slow Friday

Today started off with an advert for 'Beaver Falls' on E4 - what is the programme? I have no idea. It has rather a dubious name but that's neither here nor there, because the main thing is the music in the advert for it is amazing. Love 'Miami Horror' for helping me through this rather strugglesome Friday - and a pre-emptive thank you to the Bombay Sapphire which i'm sure will help me through the evening.

Twin Magazine

Another golden oldie that I used to pour over in the retail days of working at Matches in Notting Hill, we always had a copy of Twin Magazine to flick through in the changing rooms. We used to hide ourselves down there when the sight of one more orange halterneck Issa gown threatened to send us over the edge. This was pre-K-Middy days of course, when Issa was still the go-to label for Arab Princesses and tired soap stars. The good old days. Now it's at large all over Britain, in Buckingham Palace no less! Ahhhhh!!!!

So we've gathered that Issa is not one of my favourite brands - Charles Anastase, however, is. And the mid-length leather jacket in the last picture is something i pined for for months. I would probably look like an extra from the Matrix in it - but Freja pulls it off with great aplomb, as she does with everything. Well done Freja.

Pink panther

After my Gottwood daliance, nay full-scale romance with pink, i've found myself becoming more and more obsessed. Going back to my 'Sylvanian Family days' roots when i was such an evil stubborn child that i refused to go anywhere sans my pink tutu and wrap-around cardie. And it didn't stop at clothes either. Blow-up chairs, rubber clocks, the lot - it all got a full pink makeover and am in danger of slipping back into that habit.

Much like these guys above obviously are?! Yes, thats guys.

LOVE IT.

This has got to be the slowest Friday of all time?! Clock just not ticking and no amount of tweeting, facebook stalking, News of the World-themed slating and blog surfing can speed it up...
